• Pot sizes matter more in a mix: different strains grow to different heights. Use at least 11–15L pots to give each plant room to express its natural structure without competing for root space.
• Label everything from day one: with 4 strains in the same tent, tracking each plant's response to nutrients, training, and light is the only way to draw useful conclusions from your comparison grow.
• Harvest in stages: strains in a mix will rarely finish on the same day. Check trichomes per plant and harvest each one at its own peak — don't wait for the slowest plant to set the schedule.
