How payment works

- Choose a payment method: during checkout, the system will display the options available for your country and bank.
- Confirm the payment: when paying by card or Pay by Bank, confirmation takes place on a secure page provided by the payment provider or directly through your bank’s interface.
- Wait for confirmation: the order is processed after the payment has been successfully confirmed or the full amount has been received in our account.
Payment by bank card through Vendo
Bank card payments are processed through the secure Vendo payment platform. During the transaction, you may be redirected to the payment provider’s or your bank’s website to complete an additional security check.
- Imagine Grow SL does not receive or store your full bank card details.
- Your bank may request additional verification, such as 3D Secure or a one-time confirmation code.
- The approval or rejection of the transaction is determined by the payment provider and the card-issuing bank.
- If your payment is declined, please check the information entered or contact your bank.

Pay by Bank
Pay by Bank allows you to pay for your order directly from your bank account without entering bank card details.
After selecting this method, you can choose your bank and confirm the transaction through your online banking service or your bank’s mobile application.
- Your online banking login details are not shared with Imagine Grow SL.
- The payment is confirmed directly within your bank’s secure environment.
- The list of supported banks may vary by country.

Standard bank transfer
If payment by card through Vendo or Pay by Bank is not available for the selected country, the order can be paid for by standard bank transfer.
After placing the order, you will be shown the bank details, the amount to be transferred and your order number. This information may also be included in the order confirmation email.
- Always include your order number in the payment reference.
- The order will be processed after the full amount has been received in our bank account.
- Funds are usually credited within 24 to 72 business hours, although international transfers may take longer.
- Any fees charged by the sender’s bank or intermediary banks are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The amount received in our account must match the full value of the order.
- We do not accept payments through PayPal, Western Union or cash sent by post.
