Is it legal to buy cannabis seeds?
Pyramid Seeds sells cannabis seeds as collectible items, and the growing information on our site is for educational purposes only. Whether you may germinate seeds and grow plants depends on the law in your country, and the rules differ widely — please check the regulations that apply where you live before growing.
How do I germinate the seeds?
Germinating seeds is prohibited in most countries and may entail administrative or criminal liability. Pyramid Seeds does not encourage germination until it becomes legal in your country.

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Available couriers, times and costs for your destination are on the delivery information page.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona (Spain).
Will the parcel be discreet?
Yes. All orders leave in neutral packaging — neither the parcel nor your card statement mentions the contents.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check the parcel status using the tracking number. If it's already in your country, contact your local post office. If the parcel has been returned — we'll get in touch to resend it. In some cases the cost of reshipping is covered by the customer.

Can I pay for my order by card?
Yes, Pyramid Seeds accepts Visa and Mastercard. Other payment methods are also available. All payments are protected and processed through a secure gateway — see the secure payment page and our Terms and Conditions.
Is there a germination guarantee?
Yes. If germination is legal in your country and a seed fails to germinate with the recommended method, we can consider a seed replacement: send us photos of the seeds and packaging, a detailed description of how you germinated them and your order confirmation (or the name of the shop where you bought them). Every case is reviewed individually. Send all materials to info@pyramidseeds.news.
After germination, responsibility for the plant's further growth lies with the customer. We do not replace seeds once vegetation has begun.
How do I choose a strain as a beginner?
We recommend autoflowering or resilient strains from the For beginners section. They're easier to grow and suit a range of conditions. An overview of all our lines is on the Pyramid Seeds collections page.
What is the shelf life of seeds?
Under proper storage conditions (a cool, dry, dark place) seeds can stay viable for up to 5–10 years. Please read our ultimate guide to storing cannabis seeds.
Feminized or autoflowering — what's the difference?
Feminized seeds produce practically 99% female plants and flower when you switch the light cycle — you control the timing and get the larger photoperiod yields. Autoflowering seeds flower on their own after a few weeks, regardless of light, so they are quicker and simpler, with smaller plants.
How are the seeds stored and packed?
Our seeds are kept in a warehouse with controlled humidity and temperature, avoiding sharp temperature swings — the key factor for seed quality. Each pack is sealed in cardboard on both sides so it cannot be opened unnoticed, and carries a printed batch code.
Why buy directly from Pyramid Seeds?

Do you give free seeds?
