Legality and rules

Is it legal to buy cannabis seeds?

Buying cannabis seeds is permitted in Spain, as well as in other countries such as Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and Switzerland, provided they are used exclusively for collection purposes. Seeds contain no psychoactive substances and fall under the exemptions of the 1961 Vienna Convention.

Pyramid Seeds sells seeds on the condition that they will not be germinated. Before buying, make sure the legislation of your country allows the purchase of cannabis seeds.

How do I germinate the seeds?

Germinating seeds is prohibited in most countries and may entail administrative or criminal liability. Pyramid Seeds does not encourage germination until it becomes legal in your country.

We recommend studying your local legislation carefully before taking any action. If germination is legal in your country — use our guide.

Ordering and delivery

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders the next working day after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Available couriers, times and costs for your destination are on the delivery information page.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona (Spain).

Will the parcel be discreet?

Yes. All orders leave in neutral packaging — neither the parcel nor your card statement mentions the contents.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Check the parcel status using the tracking number. If it's already in your country, contact your local post office. If the parcel has been returned — we'll get in touch to resend it. In some cases the cost of reshipping is covered by the customer.

If you have any questions — write to us at info@pyramidseeds.news.

Payment

Can I pay for my order by card?

Yes, Pyramid Seeds accepts Visa and Mastercard. Other payment methods are also available. All payments are protected and processed through a secure gateway — see the secure payment page and our Terms and Conditions.

Seeds: choice, storage, guarantees

What if the seeds don't germinate?

If germination becomes legal in your country and you use the recommended method, we can consider a seed replacement given photos, the packaging and the order confirmation. Send all materials to info@pyramidseeds.news.

After germination, responsibility for the plant's further growth lies with the customer. We do not replace seeds once vegetation has begun.

How do I choose a strain as a beginner?

We recommend autoflowering or resilient strains from the For beginners section. They're easier to grow and suit a range of conditions. An overview of all our lines is on the Pyramid Seeds collections page.

What is the shelf life of seeds?

Under proper storage conditions (a cool, dry, dark place) seeds can stay viable for up to 5–10 years. Please read our ultimate guide to storing cannabis seeds.

Discounts, bonuses and wholesale

Are there discounts or promo codes?

Yes. For a review of your order or a strain you've grown we give a 10% discount promo code. And in the Top of the Pyramid loyalty programme, your orders add up over the year and each level brings gifts — bonus seed packs and exclusive merch.

Can I buy Pyramid Seeds in bulk?

Yes. If you're a private customer, head to the section with packs of 50, 100 and 1000 seeds — and compare the price per seed by format on the bulk prices page. If you're a shop or distributor, please write to our sales team at order@pyramidseeds.news.
