Top of the Pyramid
The more you buy over the year, the higher you climb the pyramid — and the more valuable the gifts. There's nothing to activate: orders add up automatically, and the gift appears in your basket on its own as soon as your total reaches a new level.
How it works
- You buy from your own account — the programme counts the orders made from it.
- All orders within the calendar year add up automatically.
- Reach a level's total and the gifts appear in your basket with your next order.
Where to check your progress
Go to your account, the “Order history” section — it shows all your purchases for the current year. Add up the totals and you'll see how much is left until the next tier.
If you placed some orders as a guest, they don't count — but that's fixable: write to us and we'll transfer the purchases to your account.

Merch you can't buy
Pyramid Seeds T-shirts, hoodies and caps are not for sale — they're not in the catalogue and never will be. They're a reward for programme members, and there's only one way to get them: by climbing to your level.
Do I need a promo code?
No. Many people look for promo codes and coupons for seeds — you won't need them here. The programme works without codes: instead of a one-off discount, you get gifts, bonus seed packs and merch, and all automatically.
We do run separate promo-code offers too — for example, a 10% discount for leaving a review — published on the blog and in the newsletter. This doesn't affect the loyalty programme; one doesn't get in the way of the other.
No. Only purchases within a single calendar year count; on 1 January the count starts again.
Such purchases don't add up — the programme only sees orders from registered customers. Write to us through the contact form and we'll transfer them to your account.
No, no separate sign-up is required. Just place your orders from your own account — the rest happens by itself.

Yes. Alongside the gifts, you can get a 10% discount for leaving a review of a strain you've grown. It's separate from the loyalty programme, so the two work together.
