🔄 Returns

If germination is legal in your country and your seeds do not germinate using our recommended method, we will replace them.

Return Conditions:

• The seeds must be from Pyramid Seeds.
• Keep the packaging and the invoice.
• Take photographs of the germination process.
• Request the compensation form by writing to order@pyramidseeds.news or using the contact form on the website.

Important:

Claims are accepted only if cultivation is allowed by the legislation of your country.

🛡️ Guarantees

In accordance with Royal Decree 2019/771 of May 20, all purchases made after January 1, 2022, come with a three-year guarantee for long-lasting goods.

Guarantee Conditions:

• For products with an expiration date, the guarantee is valid until that date, but no longer than three years.
• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
• In case of replacement, the guarantee period does not extend.
