National Postal Service

• Shipping within Spain and to international destinations (including non-EU countries).

UPS/GLS Express

• Shipping available only within Spain and the European Union.
• For orders from non-EU countries and the Canary Islands, only postal service shipping is available.

• Spain (mainland and islands): 5–10 days
• European Union: 2–3 weeks
• Non-EU countries: from 3 weeks

📦 Order Packaging
The Pyramid Seeds team pays special attention to order packaging to ensure privacy and security:

• Orders are shipped in protective bubble mailers that do not attract attention.
• Packaging is unmarked and does not indicate the contents.

📤 Shipping Process

• Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day after being placed.
• Packages are sent via the Spanish National Postal Service as registered mail. The recipient listed on the order must present identification to receive the package.

Special Notes for Non-EU Countries:

• Due to legal restrictions, delivery to non-EU countries is carried out only through the postal service.
• Tracking is available on the official website of the Spanish Postal Service or the postal service website of the destination country.

🔍 Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive notifications about the status of your order at each stage of processing:

• "Completado" ("Completed") – Order successfully placed.
• "Procesando" ("Processing") – Order is being processed.
• "Enviado" ("Shipped") – Order has been shipped. The notification will include a link to the Spanish Postal Service website and a tracking number.
